The layout is the product
Panels across every monitor
Split a panel, stack panels as tabs, maximise a group, or send one to its own window and drag it to the second screen.
One symbol moves the screen
Four colour groups. Put the chart, news, filings and watchlist in the same one and changing the symbol once moves all of them.
An audit log that cannot be edited
Roles, one active session per person, phone approval at sign-in, and a record of what happened that nobody can rewrite after the fact.
Every function in this group
Type the code into the command line and the panel opens in your layout. Add a symbol before or after it, and the options on the right narrow the panel down without leaving the keyboard.
Panels and windows
- MENUMenu
- The whole function tree, browsable, for when you would rather look than remember. Open it at any node and it stays in your layout.
- SPLITSplit panel right
- Divide the panel you are in and put the next function beside it.
- MAXMaximize or restore
- Blow a group up to fill the screen and put it back again, without disturbing the layout underneath.
- POPOpen group in new window
- Send any group of panels to its own window, in the browser or the desktop app, and move it to another monitor.
Linking
- L1Link a panel
- Put the panel in the red, green, amber or blue group. Every symbol-driven panel in that group follows the next symbol you type, and L0 takes it back out.
- L2L3L4L0
Layouts
- LAYSaved layouts
- Your own layouts and the ones published to the workspace. Save over one, save a copy, or reset back to where you started.
- SAVESAVEASRESET
Documents and export
- EXCELExport to Excel
- The active panel as a spreadsheet, with its source and any delayed or stale marking carried into the file.
- PNGExport chart image
- The chart as an image, drawings included, ready to drop into a note or a deck.
- DOCOpen document
- Read a filing, a PDF or an image inside the terminal, fetched and sanitised through the server rather than opened in a browser tab.
Chat and notifications
- IBChat
- Channels and direct messages inside your organization. Symbol chips drive your link groups, and you can attach a chart, a note, a portfolio, a layout or a screen.
- CHDM
- NOTIFNotifications
- Everything waiting on you, each item deep-linking to the conversation, screen or alert it came from.
Organization and security
- MEMMembers
- Who is in the workspace and what they can do, across owner, admin and member roles.
- ORGSwitch organization
- Move between the organizations you belong to, each with its own workspace, layouts and shared lists.
- SECSecurity settings
- Passkeys, phone approval and session settings for your own account.
- AUDITAudit history
- An append-only record of what happened in the organization, which cannot be edited or deleted after the fact.
